Privacy Notice

nathanislove.com is owned and run by IAH.FIT Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal operations in San Antonio, Texas. For data protection law, we are the controller of the information described here. Write to privacy@hitzero.com about anything on this page.

The words you bring. What you type is the whole input. We hold it to make your piece and, if you buy, to keep a record of the sale. We do not publish it, and we do not attach your name to it anywhere public.

The artwork. We keep the image so you can download it again, and so we can keep the promise that it was made once.

Your order. To ship a shirt we need your name, email address and delivery address. Stripe collects these at checkout.

Payment. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Technical information. Pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

The microphone is speech to text and nothing else. Your audio is turned into words on our own machine. It is not sent to a third-party transcription service, and the recording is discarded as soon as the words appear in the box. What is kept is the text, exactly as if you had typed it.

Nothing is recorded until you press the microphone, and it stops when you send.

To make your piece and answer you. To take payment, make the shirt and get it to you. To keep records the tax and accounting rules require. To keep the site secure and working. To understand how the site is used.

Where UK or EU law applies, our grounds are: performing our contract with you, for making the piece and fulfilling an order; our legitimate interests, for security and understanding usage; your consent, for advertising and analytics cookies; and legal obligation, for keeping financial records.

We do not use what you write to train the Nathan model.

Stripe, to take payment. Our print partner, who receives your name, address and the artwork file so they can make the item and post it. Contracted model and compute providers, who process your words to write the reply and paint the piece. Our hosting and storage providers. Google and Meta, for the measurement described in the next section.

Nobody else, except where the law requires it, or if this business is sold, in which case the buyer would be bound by this notice. We do not sell your personal information for money.

This site carries two measurement tools: Google Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. They record pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device type, and whether a visit led to a purchase.

Meta may use that signal to show you advertising elsewhere. Under California law this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, so we say so plainly here. You can stop it: decline on the cookie banner, use a tracker-blocking extension, or browse in a private window. The site works normally either way.

Order records stay as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in the United States is seven years. Your artwork stays so you can retrieve it. Conversation text that never became an order is deleted within 90 days.

We are in the United States and your information is processed there. If you are in the UK or EU, transfers to us and to our providers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved for that purpose, or on another lawful transfer mechanism.

Traffic to this site is encrypted. Access to order records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but if something happens that puts your information at risk we will tell you and the regulators as the law requires.

Ask for a copy of what we hold. Ask us to correct it. Ask us to delete it. Ask for it in a portable form. Object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave.

Write to privacy@hitzero.com. We answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you worse for asking. Deleting an order record may be limited by the tax rules in Section 7, and we will tell you if that applies.

If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Buying requires you to be 18. If you believe a child has used the site, write to us and we will delete what we hold.

When this notice changes we change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will make it obvious rather than quietly editing the page.
